Prawn in Tomato sauce

材料

Ingredients

  1. 大蝦 1 ½ 磅
  2. 洋葱 1 隻
  3. 羗茸 1 茶匙
  4. 蒜茸 2 茶匙
  5. 油 2 湯匙
  1. 1 1/2 lb. prawn
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 tsp ginger paste
  4. 2 tsp garlic paste
  5. 2 Tbsp oil

醃蝦材料

Seasoning Ingredients

  1. 胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
  2. 生粉 ( 英粟粉 ) 1 ½ 茶匙
  1. 1/2 white pepper powder
  2. 1 1/2 tsp corn starch

調味料

Seasoning Mix

  1. 罐頭蕃茄醬汁 ( Tomatoes Sauce ) 1 罐 ( 8 OZ ) 或 大蕃茄 1 個 , 去皮去籽切碎 , 加水一杯煮 5 分鐘成新鮮蕃茄汁
  2. 茄汁 ( Ketchup ) 3 湯匙
  3. 糖 2 湯匙
  4. 喼汁 1 湯匙
  5. 麻油 1 茶匙
  6. 豉油 2 湯匙
  7. 鹽 ½ 茶匙
  1. 1 can (8 oz. Tomatoes Sauce) or 1 large tomato; skin removed, diced; add 1 cup water; boil for 5 minutes till ketchup formed
  2. 3 Tbsp ketchip
  3. 2 Tbsp sugar
  4. 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  5. 1 tsp sesame oil
  6. 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
製法
Method
  1. 蝦去殼去腸洗淨抹乾 , 用胡椒粉 , 生粉拌勻
  2. 加熱鑊下油 1 湯匙 , 放入羗茸 , 蒜茸 , 洋葱 , 煮約 2 至 3 分鐘 , 盛起備用
  3. 加熱不黏底鑊 , 下油 1 湯匙 , 放入蝦 , 煎煮至 7 成熟 , 盛起備用
  4. 調味料混合在碗中備用
  5. 鑊中放入調味料煮滾 , 再放入蝦 , 洋葱回鑊煮滾 , 即可趁熱享用
  1. Prawn - remove shell; de-gutted; clean; dry with paper; mix with white pepper powder and corn starch
  2. Add 1 Tbsp to hot pan; add ginger, garlic paste, onion; stir-fry 2-3 min. Set aside
  3. Add 1 Tbsp oil to hot pan; add prawn; cook till 70% done; set aside for later use
  4. Mix well seasoning mix; set aside
  5. Boil seasoning mix in pan; add prawn; add onion from 2. Mix well. ENJOY
